Are These Watches Waterproof?
Yes! Each of our watches is waterproof up to ATM, or 164 ft underwater. However, if you can avoid fully submerging your watch in water, we recommend you do so. The silver plating can become tarnished with extended time in or around water.
Do These Watches Have Automatic Movement?
No. We believe in nothing but the best. That’s why our watches have quartz movement, ensuring they stay as accurate as possible! You’ll never have to worry about your watch falling behind or jumping ahead!
How should I clean my wristwatch?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe away dirt and fingerprints. Avoid using abrasive or chemical-based cleaners as they can damage the silver plating. If needed, you can slightly dampen the cloth with mild soapy water, but ensure that the watch is dried thoroughly afterward.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Every order placed will arrive within 10 business days of the date of purchase. All US orders ship for free. If you place an order outside the US, there will be a fee and we won’t be able to guarantee a general delivery time.

How Can I Submit a Return?
You can submit a return request within 55 days of receiving your order and are eligible for a return or exchange. If you live in the US, returns are free. If you are returning an out-of-country order, you will be required to pay for return shipping.
